Awarding the best dentistry in Russia 2022, 2022 and 2022

The rating of the best dentists in Moscow and Russia is a professional assessment of the quality of dental services provided to patients. We have to analyze a huge amount of information and this time we had:

• more than 110 cities
  in Russia, and last year just over 100 cities,
• 240 criteria
  , and a year ago it was only 200 criteria.

Processing such a huge amount of information on all participants in the all-Russian rating is not an easy task, so today I would like to very briefly thank everyone.

Firstly

, to thank our partners - this is the Kommersant Publishing House, without which this idea would not have come to fruition at all. This is Elaine Technology (Invisalign brand) for supporting our rating.

Secondly

, thank our partners - clinics who come to the awards, which set an example for absolutely the entire dental industry. Here at StartSmile, when they ask us to promote a clinic, the heads of the clinics say “we want to be like, for example, the German Implantology Center,” because they do not stand still. Those clinics that are in the rating are moving non-stop forward, and not just non-stop forward, but it’s impossible to keep up with them, and if someone weakens in moving towards this level, he immediately moves to a lower position. There is such strong competition in the market now.

I believe that we are changing the world! We are changing the world, and this is tangible, because here they are - the results. Previously, when dental clinics opened, only minimal equipment and a few qualified doctors were enough. And now a huge number of clinics are opening, already equal to our TOP leaders in the dental industry.

Thank you! To become the best dentistry in Moscow and Russia

- this is a huge daily work of our dentists. To say that it’s nice, especially first place, is to say nothing at all. This is a great honor, thank you very much! I want to say that this year the Start Smile rating was especially picky, we were checked on all counts, and the coronavirus quarantine also left its mark of responsibility. In general, there were many difficulties. I was very worried about how it would all turn out, and to be honest, three days ago I just found out the result of the all-Russian rating and was very happy! I would like to say a big thank you to Start Smile and the Kommersant Publishing House, a big thank you to everyone who participated in this.

On behalf of the head of the clinic, I want to thank my colleagues, I want to thank my doctors for giving all their time, all their strength, all their knowledge - they give everything to patients. I am so happy.

One very smart person once told me: “You know, we are in a business in which you cannot achieve success with an army of mercenaries, only with colleagues, only with like-minded people.” Here I am surrounded by a huge team, about 50 of us. 50 like-minded people are a great happiness. Our dentists in Moscow, which have become the best clinics in Russia, are a well-deserved award.

Military experience

Before the Second World War, a serious material base for the training of dentists was created in the USSR; three main profiles were identified in the development of the specialty: therapeutic, surgical and orthopedic dentistry.

The experience gained in military events in the Far East, the war with Finland and the Second World War made it possible to create a system of pre-medical, first medical, qualified and specialized dental care for injuries of the face and jaws, to develop reports of special equipment, samples of splints, etc. Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Ilya Genrikhovich Lukomsky later wrote: “The youngest medical specialty in our Union - dentistry - passed the matriculation exam on the battlefields in Mongolia, Poland and Finland, and this matriculation certificate with honors should be issued to our specialty.” Ilya Genrikhovich Lukomsky (1893-1958) - Honored Scientist of the RSFSR, Doctor of Medical Sciences, in 1926 - 1952 he headed the Department of Dentistry of the First Moscow Order of Lenin Medical Institute. I. M. Sechenov (MOLMI). Author of 173 scientific works, including 6 monographs and 2 textbooks. His scientific works are devoted to the issues of odontogenic tumors, oral tuberculosis, oral sepsis, odontogenic osteomyelitis, diseases of the oral mucosa, salivary glands, military trauma of the maxillofacial area, and paid other attention to the problem of dental caries.

Under his leadership, during the Second World War, a system of care and methods of treating maxillofacial wounded at various stages of evacuation were developed, and corresponding equipment lists were drawn up in military, army and front-line areas.

In 1948, the work of Veniamin Yuryevich Kurlyandsky “Clinic and examination of working capacity for diseases and injuries of the face and jaws” was published. This book analyzed and summarized the extensive material and experience accumulated by Soviet doctors and directly by the author himself in assessing the ability to work and rehabilitating people with disabilities. Veniamin Yurievich Kurlyandsky (1908 - 1977) - Soviet dental scientist, head of the department of hospital orthopedic dentistry at the Moscow Medical Dental Institute named after N. A. Semashko (1952 -1977). Honored Scientist of the RSFSR, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor. The founder of a number of scientific directions in dentistry and the leading school of orthopedic dentists in the USSR. His scientific works were devoted to the problems of orthopedic dentistry, developmental anomalies and acquired pathology of the dental system. They were offered one of the classifications of malocclusions, methods of treating jaw fractures, and fixing dentures on a toothless jaw. He made a great contribution to the study of dentofacial pathology in children. Together with a group of engineers, he proposed new dental metal alloys and impression materials.

In 1950, Nikolai Ivanovich Agapov’s monograph “Reconstructive Facial Surgery” was published, which summarized the experience of treating maxillofacial wounds using the method of reconstructive surgery. Nikolai Ivanovich Agapov (1883 - 1966) - dentist, world-famous specialist in the field of maxillofacial plastic surgery, Doctor of Medical Sciences (1926), Colonel of the Medical Service (1945). During the Great Patriotic War, he was the leading surgeon at the Sochi hospital base, and performed more than 5 thousand maxillofacial plastic surgeries. After the war, he lived in Rostov-on-Don, headed the “Dentistry” course at the Department of Hospital Surgery of the Rostov Medical Institute (1946 – 1966). In addition to plastic maxillofacial surgery, he was actively involved in pediatric dentistry. He developed, scientifically substantiated and introduced into practice a highly effective system of planned sanitation of the oral cavity in children, starting from preschool age. Author of more than 100 scientific papers on dentistry and 2 monographs.

David Beckham, 44 years old
