I am still on the hunt for a good toothpaste. The issue of the oral cavity has always been painful for me. I am a terrible coward in terms of dental treatment, so I try in every possible way not to let this happen and brush my teeth thoroughly, use an irrigator and everything else.
Previously, I used regular toothpastes, and everything would have been fine if it weren’t for my gums. Apparently, the components included in these pastes did not have the best effect on the condition of my gums.
That’s why I decided to switch to natural toothpastes , and I don’t regret my choice at all.
The heroine of today's review is SensitiveBiomedc complex toothpaste with grape extract.
What does the manufacturer promise :
Plantain extract in combination with polyphenols of birch leaves and red grape seeds has an anti-caries effect and strengthens gums. Calcium Hydroxyapatite and L-Arginine strengthen and restore tooth enamel, reducing tooth sensitivity. Frankincense essential oil soothes and helps combat stress, and neem oil protects against bacteria. Lemon essential oil has an antiviral effect and stimulates local immunity.
I bought it quite by accident in a store; I didn’t know anything about the Biomed company before, and besides, the price of the paste was very reasonable - less than 100 rubles. By the way, it later turned out that this paste is produced by the Splat company. It is very nice to know that even such a large manufacturer is interested in making natural products.
So, the paste is packaged in a very cheerful box, and the tube itself is not small either.
, a soft pink paste appears with a fairly thick consistency . When compared with organic toothpaste from Grandmother Agafya’s Recipes, this paste is not liquid and does not spread on the toothbrush, which I consider a significant plus.
The smell of Sensitive Biomed is very pleasant - not nuclear-minty, but slightly refreshing with fruity notes (apparently, this is grapes). So, if you don’t like very menthol toothpastes, you can safely try this one.

What results have I achieved in a month of using this paste: the situation with my gums has improved significantly. They practically stopped bleeding and the pain went away. I didn’t notice any particular whitening effect, but the paste copes very well with plaque (especially considering that I have braces). I can’t say anything about reducing sensitivity, because... I don't suffer from this problem.
One of the downsides is the quick consumption : the toothpaste lasted a little less than a month. Although, I try to brush my teeth more than once a day (again, because of braces).
Overall, it’s a decent toothpaste, I recommend it!

I periodically read what is written on toothpaste packages, and I know that, as a rule, they recommend brushing your teeth for 2 minutes twice a day. But just 30 seconds - and it’s clear, I’ve never seen such a promise. Bold, but 13 active natural ingredients, 12 hours of clean teeth - i.e. brush twice a day.

I’ll say right away that the ones in the center and on the right are in all the pastes in the series. But the enzymes that break down proteins - papain and bromelain - are presented only in this particular paste. And their action is key here!

. So. I bought coconut paste and started testing. Those. for the first cleaning. The paste suddenly but pleasantly smells like mint, and it also tastes almost like mild mint. It foams weakly (and I’m used to a lot of foam, sharp mint and abrasive in the composition). The process unfolds strangely, the sensations are unusual, but nothing, the brush will do its job in any case - these are my background thoughts. I timed it for 30 seconds (well, testing it to the fullest), rinsed my mouth and came into a state of shock: “My cheeks are bare!” Believe me, the feeling of the cleaned mucous membrane was so unexpected, in contrast to my usual teeth-brushing procedure, that it shocked me. And the teeth also turned out to be smooth - without a hint of soft plaque, which is not always possible to remove effortlessly with a regular toothpaste. And then it dawned on me: this is what you are, enzymes! In fact, I needed a brush to distribute a pea of paste to the right places in the mouth, and then the enzymes themselves dissolved the plaque, removing all excess from the teeth, gums, tongue and cheeks. And this kind of general cleaning really took 30 seconds. Then I got used to this feeling of total purity, but at first it was unusually pleasant and fresh.
