I can finally smile beautifully))) It was a difficult case, I changed several clinics, where, unfortunately, they could not cope with this situation, and on a recommendation I ended up in Manet. Briefly, the story before the Manet clinic is as follows: A childhood injury to the upper front tooth, as a result of which, after many years, the bone collapsed, and behind it the gums rose strongly upward, i.e. It's simply impossible to smile. They transplanted bone tissue, but not enough took root; the implant was placed, but not quite correctly, because of this it was not possible to replant the gum. They were already throwing up their hands and suggesting cutting out a whole bone block and inserting another one. I started going to consultations with different doctors, and ended up consulting with Eduard Vasilyevich Anchakov. They were offered another treatment option. What was done at the Manet Clinic: Eduard Vasilyevich removed the previously placed implant (it was not placed quite correctly, so it was not possible to replant the gum), a new implant was placed, and a large-volume gum replanting operation was performed. An implant was also placed on a chewing tooth and a wisdom tooth was removed. All this was done simultaneously and under sedation, i.e. I didn’t feel anything at all, I just fell asleep, woke up and everything was ready. Next, we decided that we would make 6 crowns/veneers at the top (since the teeth there were already heavily filled, etc., so that the smile would be beautiful and uniform). We took pictures and looked at the condition of these teeth; some needed root canal treatment. Accordingly, while everything was healing, I went to the therapist to treat my teeth and prepare them for crowns/veneers. The crowns are quite light, so the rest of the teeth were whitened. The clinic has good equipment, for example, a 3D scanner, with which you can scan the oral cavity, then on the monitor they show you what teeth there are, what shape, which ones will suit you. In many clinics this is not the case, they simply make impressions and it is not known what shape your teeth will be made. All stages are photographed, you can see what happened before and what happened after. They made temporary teeth from plastic, tried them on, I could already see my smile in real life, then some adjustments were made and then crowns were made from zirconium oxide. Dr. Anchakov is very scrupulous, he sends crowns for revision almost inappropriately, and on his own initiative. After modifications, permanent crowns were installed. It is very important that all this was done in one clinic, where doctors communicate with each other, where I could simply call or write on WhatsApp with any question. And the clinic is responsible for all stages of the work done.
